How do I change my password to access my site and profile?

You can change the password by logging in to your personal profile and going to the detailed client section.

What do I need to know about the new password or the changed password?

Make sure the email address works. You will be asked some security questions that contain details about your person. The password activation link will be sent to your personal email address. You will be able to change the password when you type the link to change the password.

What should I do if I forgot my password to access my profile?

If you have forgotten the password to access your profile you need to go to the page of and then click on "Forgot your password" and the system will guide you through the whole process to change the password. The new temporary password will be sent to your email address along with the instructions and steps you need to help. The password will be valid for one day. We therefore advise you to immediately replace it with a new password. For security reasons of your profile and personal information, the temporary password cannot be used to apply for a loan.

How can I access my profile on your website?

If you have been our client this means you already have a profile on our website. Immediately after that the fields to set the email address and password will appear. If you are a new customer, all you have to do is select the loan amount and the maturity term and press the 'GET THE LOAN' field. The application itself will then show you how to proceed with the process.


What can I do if I can’t repay the loan on time?

If you think that you can’t repay the loan on time then you should enter the personal profile on our site and choose the options for extending the loan. Choose the option that suits you best and pay the amount for this extension. Only when you pay the amount for the extension of the loan term in our account then we will approve the new maturity date. Can I extend the loan term?

YES, if the loan is not overdue. You must also pay an additional fee before the loan matures. You can request a loan extension of up to 12 times.

Do I need to email documents?

Jo. You do not have to send any documents. We perform all the necessary checks and this makes us unique in the market.

How can I repay the loan?

What is the amount I have to pay?

You must repay the loan amount you have taken including interest.

When can I repay the loan?

Your loan has an exact maturity date. On the last day you have to repay the total amount of the loan you have received. However, you will be informed in due time and we will remind you to make the loan payment.

How much will it cost to get the loan?

How much the loan will cost depends on the amount of credit you have received. During the application process all costs will be clear to you. You are not required to pay any amount if you withdraw your claim. By the time you sign the loan agreement you will not be paying anything. Please check the loan repayment costs on our website.

Which repayment period do you recommend?

You can apply for a loan for a period of 7 to 30 days. It would be good to link the loan payment with the income you have so that you can repay the amount you received the loan on time.

How much credit can I get?

You can get from 4,000 to 50,000 lek. It depends on your opportunities which are related to your monthly income, the history in the credit register and the previous cooperation you have had with us.


Do you check my personal information and credit history?

We verify the accuracy of the data you have entered and check the credit history in the credit register of the Bank of Albania and based on them we make a decision on your request. When making a decision, we take into account various factors including your age, if you are employed, or if you have had overdue loans and so on. All checks are carried out through state institutions that have your information and we have every right given by these authorities to use this data when working with our clients.

Do you save all the loan applications I make at FORZA?

Yes. Every time you submit a request to we save your data in order to respond to your requests for money as soon as possible. Given the large number of requests we have from our customers, this process is fully automated and fully secure.

How do I find out about the status of the request?

You will be informed by SMS on the mobile number and via the e-mail address you stated in the application. We encourage you to call or communicate with the Team, whose contact details are provided at the bottom of the page, whenever you have any doubts or need support.

How long does the borrowing process take?

The ONLINE application on the portal takes no more than 2 minutes and the evaluation process closes within 15 minutes. Upon receiving a positive response, you should go to our Branches or Bank to get the funds.

You are required to register, if you are a first-time customer, by filling in your details. Based on this data we will evaluate your application and confirm loan approval if you are eligible. How do I get a loan?

The process is simple and transparent as the application and evaluation can be done ONLINE by going through several steps, as reflected in the menu STEPS FOR LOANS and is completed within 15 minutes. If you apply outside of our working hours, the time to approve the application may take longer


What documents do I need to get a loan?

You do NOT need any supporting documents other than your ID card. Registration on the portal is enough and the team will do the rest of the process.

Do I have to come physically to submit my application?

Of course, you can apply by visiting our branches but we recommend the ONLINE application. During the application, the team will evaluate the information declared by you, including your personal, financial and historical data in the National Credit Registry, without asking for supporting documentation.

What do I need to get a loan?

You must meet the following criteria: To be an Albanian citizen resident in Albania to be from 18 to 70 years old. To be in an employment relationship, not to have a negative status in the credit register.


Can I get a loan if I owe money to a bank or other financial institution?
